Alliance Behavioral Care offers 24/7 Behavioral Health Residential Facility treatment & Personal Care services for adults 18+ who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness. We have 11 locations throughout the Valley.

Getting Started
The Path for Referrals
Our Admissions Director will walk with you from the first call to admission.

Contact Admissions
Call or email Ashlynn Sullivan, RN to discuss availability, clinical context, specific needs, or questions about our program.

Document Screening
Our Clinical Team reviews all referral materials and schedules an initial screening with the individual, and their guardian if applicable.

Clinical Appropriateness
Our Clinical Team will assess for the member’s willingness, physical & psychiatric needs, and clinical appropriateness.
4
Begin Residential Care
When accepted, Ashlynn will begin completing the Referral Checklist and schedule an intake date with the member’s assigned home.
